Method 1 — one line in the browser
- Open twitch.tv in Chrome, Edge, or Brave and log in.
- Open the private / friends-only video so it plays in your browser.
- Press F12 (or Ctrl+Shift+I) to open Developer Tools.
- Click the Console tab.
- Paste this exactly and press Enter:

- On twitch.tv, press F12 → Network.
- Refresh the page, click any request to
twitch.tv. - Under Headers, find Cookie: and copy that whole line’s value.
